Request Account Deletion
If you want your Schooltabs account deleted, you can submit a deletion request by email. Include enough information for us to identify your account and process the request.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hi@schooltabs.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address or phone number linked to your account.
- Include your reason for deletion if you want to share it.
- Wait for our support team to confirm receipt and process the request.
What to include in your email
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number, if applicable
- Any school or role details that help identify the account
What happens next
Once we verify the request, we will process account deletion in line with our internal support and data retention procedures. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud prevention, security, billing, dispute resolution, or operational compliance purposes.
